Leslie was great in communicating where my storage unit was located and how to get there. The keypad access is very secure and easy to understand. The storage unit was very clean when I arrived. I was one of the first to reserve a storage unit when Millbury Storage opened, before they even put up the second building. It was a great place, with a local owner who made it feel like a home town company. I have remained for nearly ten years, until this past week. I moved from a 5x10 to a 10x10, to a 10x20, to a 10x25 during my time there. As soon as Extra Space Storage took over, they raised my monthly fees and reduced my access hours.
