5-Star service from Crystal, the store manager. She was very friendly, informative, and very professional. She answered all my questions and gave me a tour. I thought I would be there a long time but the whole process was very quick. The office and storage units are extremely clean and I love the fact that there is 24/7 surveillance and nice music playing at all times. They had the best rates in the area also.

No, the price increase is absolutely ridiculous!! Do not waste your time! I see that I’m not the only one with this complaint! In the beginning they will give a good rate for about 2 months then claim the market went up! Furthermore we were out of town for the holidays and was late past 6 days for our very FRIST time and they wouldn’t waive the 50 dollar fee being that it was our first time I felt they should have waived the fee. We’ll be moving our items expeditiously! They let a 50 dollar fee lose a customer!
Susan And Crystal are amazing. They assisted in the deliverance of packages for a project we had to complete.
Crystal was great to work with! She made it a very easy process. Everything was handled professionally. The storage space is exceptionally clean. My last storage space I paid more and it wasn’t near as nice. Happy to be in this space!
