I needed to declutter my house so I leased storage space at Extra Space Storage. It was easy to move my things in. It's a brand new facility so everything is clean and so far critter free. I wish that it was a little cheaper but you know what they say, you get what you pay for. I am paying for the best. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.

Do not rent storage units from here! They allowed rats to infest my unit and then denied my insurance claim! So now , not only have my kids and I lost a home but we also lost the majority of our personal items and Extra Soace Storage does not care! The insurance people that they have representing them are rude and unprofessional!!! Do not waste your time and money!

At first, I was impressed with the ease of storage and the cleanliness of the facility, then I became totally disheartened when they raised the rent on my unit by 25% after only 4 months. The response I received by the gentleman in the office was: Well, it's only meant to be a temporary storage it's not an apartment with a lease!" WOW!
