Everything about booking my unit online was incredibly easy. I was able to sign and pay for everything online. I went to the unit the same day I placed my order online; the gentleman who was working showed me how to get through both the gate lock as well as the door lock and walked me to my unit, helped me open it up and showed me how to work the lock. The process was smooth, and the level of customer service was refreshing. Inside the building itself, everything was very clean. Overall great experience.
