RecommendedI do recommend Extra space storage, the staff where I’m at are very helpful very knowledgeable and friendly, I’m in and out all the time and the staff member “ Fabian” she is so helpful and friendly she has come out to check on me at my unit and has help me with payment issues, she is a very valuable staff member, My only con would be the very unexpected raises on rent for my unit. I was not expecting that, it did force me to look for more favorable options.

Communication is horrible! Allowed spraying in unit next to mine and didn’t own up to it as denied and said unit was rented before investigating! Sold out unit when was calling to pay as they said it was already bought out! Cheated me in so many ways!!!
