Easy process. Nice, clean facility. Friendly staff. I was able to do everything on line and I received pass code for gate, a lock for the unit. This can be a nice thing at to do expedite storage rental and hen in a hurry.

New facility, the new manager is very helpful. I like the climate control and elevator access! Much better customer service than most storage companies I've used.
Free for all. No trash on site. Management not responsive to concerns about rats and trash.
