Ken made onboarding by phone easy. I was planning to book online but had a couple of questions. He was patient and thorough in his responses. It was a welcomed change from the people in the service industry who get impatient from the first question and act like you're bothering them by calling. Thank you Ken for making it easy. I'm hoping my arrival and move in day will be as smooth and uneventful.

I am very unhappy with this place I have been a customer from day one since they opened and they told me that they were waiting for new doors along with a keypad entry for us to have easy access to our units after hours. I have spoke to corporate several times and they too assured me that the new doors and keypad were on the way to be installed. I had asked for discounts because they were charging me monthly but did not have the access I needed due to there hours of operations and to be closed on Sundays is totally ridiculou... read more
