I spoke with Lin and Tamaraz. I had, hands down, the best customer service I've had in a long time with both of them. Lin is a manager who obviously cares deeply, not just for representing his company well and professionally, but taking exceptional care of his customers. Tamara also was professional, friendly, and informative. I called a couple times and then came in person a couple times before choosing this facility. Linwood, the on-site manager of Extra Space Storage on 903 Lambeth, went above and beyond the call of duty. He was courteous and patient and helped facilitate a complex move-in. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.

DO NOT use this place. I signed up under a price of $22/month. And I turned on Autopay. Just checked and they started charging me $44/month (double) after three months. I was not told that there would be an increase when I signed the contract, and was never notified of anything since then. This is a SCAM, and I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place at all costs. If you put your stuff here, they will try to double your rates without notification as soon as they think they can. Mark my words. If you have h... read more
