RecommendedI met a wonderful gentleman by the name of Richard while leaving the storage this evening. He asked how my day was and if I needed help with anything. After a long day at work, it was so nice to see someone with a smiling face and willing to lead a helping hand. I love this storage space. It’s in a great location, quiet and CLEAN. And staff like Richard make the experience even better.

We stored our boat at Extra Space Storage. The boat was new, purchased in August 2024. In June 2025, multiple items were stolen from the boat (engine, motor, speakers, fishfinder, steering wheel, throttle, and other components). Extra Space offered no solution beyond telling us to call the police and file an insurance claim. We reviewed on-site security footage with the on-site manager and observed someone scale the fence and manually open the gate, which raises major security concerns.
