What a great experience I have had, I have used Extra Space for years and it has always been a pleasure. The service Mrs Tia provides is the Best and you get what you pay for and more. I would highly recommend this storage company to anyone, you will not be disappointed and I can’t say enough about Mrs. Tia the Manager here is very professional and always provides excellent customer service!

Tia Herrera has been such a big help for me and my family. She is super humble and dedicated to her customers. it doesn't matter if you have a problem with something at your storage a problem in life or you are just saying hi she's always a pleasure to talk to and she will always do what she can to help! the new Extra Space on Chastain Road near 575 is a great facility. go see Tia and get you some in your closet for the new summer apparel.

Phenomenal customer service by the Manager Tia! The facility is new and clean and offers great rates. I wouldn't think twice about storing my belongs at any other storage facility. They get a definite A+ in my book.

I received the Best Customer Service from Tia J. at Extra Space Storage located on 331 Chastain Rd. Kennesaw, GA. Tia was friendly and helpful when deciding what size storage fits my needs.
