Darla is amazing!! She assisted me in getting my unit setup and is always nice anytime I call with questions. She really goes above and beyond for her customers. Mason has helped me more recently as well, and he's superb! He had a lot of patience with me in my requests and he went the extra mile assisting with my lock. GREAT staff. Thank you both!!
I stopped by the Lee Drive location to inquire about a storage unit for my upcoming move. I was met with a warm welcome from Darla and Mason when entering the door. Darla was very kind and informative. She told me about all the various option’s for units available for storage. I was nervous about placing my belongings in storage, but thanks to the Lee Drive staff I now feel more confident. When I finally decided to lock in and purchase my storage unit this will be the place for me!
Thank you Darla and Mason for your incredible support and making sure that I made an informed decision. They totally took the stress out of moving into storage. The units are immaculate and easily accessible for the movers. Climate controlled, well lit and security measures in place. So appreciated!
I rented a storage unit here and found the experience to be really good. Darla helped me pick the best unit for what I needed to store, answered a bunch of my other questions, was available when I stopped by the office on move-in day, and invited me to give feedback online and to her directly.
