I love the people who work here they are amazing and always helping in any way possible.
Christmas Eve we worked to unload two units at this location and the staff, Tobias in particular, were so caring for us despite the fact they worked that day. Of all days, it was warming to know they were available to answer our questions, assist us with closing the units at the end of our time as customers, and support us with any outgoing needs. Very grateful for this business and the location team who gave us a remarkable experience!

The people running this location at Bishop Street are awesome. Anytime I have called they are willing to go the extra mile and make me feel extra special. See what I did there with "Extra" and its best to go with extra space and not the smallest unit. Reasonably priced, very clean and the AC works well with push carts at each of the entrances. Feels like a new elevator and might be a new facility. Great for college storage!

My unit at Extra Space Storage 430 Bishop Street was robbed. There are only a few security cameras at the entrance but not anywhere inside the facility. There are rafters over the units that people can easily squeeze through, especially if there are adjacent empty units. The lock provided by Extra Space was also drilled by the criminals and replaced with a new lock lying on the floor from the neighboring empty unit.
