Love how nice the staff is they always got my questions answered even if they didn't answer the phone. The facility is very clean and the climate control is awesome in the Texas heat. The only reason I left was the expense. Loved the customer service! Especially Tarra, thank you for all the help!

I have been using this place for over a year, love the location. This spring I ended up using my storage unit as a place to store materials from my recent move. I have many of my vinyl records there, which is why I needed air conditioned storage. I noticed back in April when I started using the unit frequently it was warm. I got a storage unit here 4 months ago at the rate of $48 a month. The first month was $98 due to administration fee, and lock- understandable. Then 3 months at the rate of $48. Then after 4 payments, it jumps up to $88?!!! I will be calling them today and if this is really how they do business, STAY AWAY. I am so done with companies just raising rates for no reason, especially if it's DOUBLE.
