No vehicle access to units. Hidden fees. Advertised price doesn’t include the lock you have to buy or the insurance you’re required to have. It’s nice that all units are indoors, but that made unloading a U-Haul a ton of extra work because my unit was way in the back. Also didn’t expect the office the be closed for lunch. Customer service was fine for the most part.
Helpful Everything worked great like I expected!
Convenient and affordable I filled everything out online which was cool and when I went to verify my identity at the storage it was clean, quiet and a very easy process. I didn’t think my storage was going to be big enough but it’s more than enough space especially for my huge beds. The price is affordable monthly even with the insurance and the location is great!!
