Customer service was amazing! I called about my rate increasing and within minutes the person I talked with fixed it, no hassle! The facility is clean and everyone I have talked with from the company is polite and helpful. Definitely recommend!
This was my first time renting a storage unit and I couldn't have asked for or expected a better experience with the ESS facility that I chose (state road 7 North Vernon) the unit was clean and any time I've had any issues I was able to reach someone and get things worked out.
The store manager Anthony was a huge help to me when it came to letting him know my move out date. The man deserves a raise, 10/10 customer service and friendliness. If I ever needed a place to store my belongings again, I know who I'll reach out to
I would highly recommend Storage Express, especially at this location on Highway 7. Anthony from the management office has truly been so kind and understanding. He is very willing to help out his customers and has a great attitude while doing his job! Definitely feel like my belongings are safe and secure with this company!
I haven't rented a storage unit in over 21 years!! We needed a place fast that was clean, secure, had a variety of sizes including a good amount of choices for larger sized units. They also offer climate controlled units, storage for vehicles, boats, etc. In our situation the house we rented for 9 years was sold on short notice so we had only so much time to find a unit in the size we needed for a decent price that provides clean, dry, units in a secure gated facility.
