Hidden fees and misinformation Tabatha (PM) was awesome and facility well maintained but corporate has a hidden fee. $19.99 For the lock the webpage once you get to the payment page divulges this information it also tells you that it will be refunded if you return the lock and opened. Storage Spoke to a machine box to help get my reservation processed.storage space is small, very rusted and has holes in the unit to which bugs rats etc. Can get in.
