I am extremely happy with my storage unit at this facility! I had so many issues with another storage company and with the constant increase in price, I had to switch. That said, I have had no issues with this facility. It is clean, representatives/staff are extremely friendly, price is without a doubt reasonable, and it is easy to navigate through to find your unit. I highly recommend this place whether you need to store things for long or short-term use!

Easy to find the negatives in storage facilities. The Woodstock location is efficient, secure, and takes care of all storage needs! The two young ladies up front are prompt and helpful for every situation. I recommend to anyone that needs to store in the kentuckiana region! Thanks, Bryan Gill

I was definitely misled with the online special rate. My total ended up being over $100 and the online special said it was only going to be $23 a month. There is a one-time fee of $29 which was not mentioned and the insurance was ridiculous because there are no real valuable items in my storage but yet I still have to pay over $40 a month just for insurance. So I'm definitely been looking at other storage units because I won't be staying here very much longer.

I absolutely love how easy renting and getting access to the unit is. I wish I could’ve used my own lock but no biggy I can keep that when I’m done. I like the combo lock better than a key one also. The staff is so friendly even though you don’t really have to interact with anyone. They’re great.

Reservations was a breeze. Every representative I spoke with was very helpful with shopping around locations for better prices. I ended up with a bigger unit for a better price than I actually found to begin with. So far I definitely recommend
