Great staff, good pricing and a wonderful location! Lacey answered my first phone call, was able to travel over and look at sizes and was very helpful. Both Lacey and Carolyn are some of the best people I've met and I'm a happy customer!
Customer service is really helpful. Good people. As far as the service, if you get storage that isn't temperature protected you run into the same issues everywhere. I'd recommend.

I am greatly satisfied with the customer service that I received from the storage facility. I lost my father approximately a year ago and I was able to take over this unit that he had with ease thanks to the office staff and customer service. I recently fell behind on my bill and the manager went above and beyond to help me with the balance and to keep me up-to-date. I live in New Hampshire and I am managing a storage unit in Indiana with ease thanks to the team at this facility.
