We have had three storage units there at Extra Space. The prices are good, it's very clean and secure. Carolyn and Frank have been great to work with, nice and helpful. We love that Frank lives there on the premises and our unit is being watched. I definitely recommend Extra Space Storage if you need a storage unit.
Customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend anyone that needs extra storage space to rent here. Mrs Carolyn and Mr Frank really know their job, and made me feel very comfortable and very kind and Friendly. Also, when she said that she will call me back that Monday. This was the storage unit I visited while I was in Indiana and met Frank and Carolyn there and they are so nice they showed me around and made sure I was getting the right size for my unit in March
Yes I had a gasket replaced on my unit unit number 562 my name is Lany Aldridge and Al showed up to fix it for us he did a wonderful job was very very nice and was on time waiting did a good job cleaned up very well very happy with his work very good employee I appreciate him thanks Al
Very friendly and the quality of customer service is very high. The customer service of the manager, Ms. Carolyn, is the best.
