Jessica is a very sweet lady and I really love the unit I'm in. Secure gate and only 1 way in and 1 way out. I do believe they need to put a dumpster at the facility but everything else is awesome so far. They are also willing to work with you to accommodate your needs.
I have been renting storage for 4 months and the units have increased 16$/month with NO NOTIFICATION! ....absolutely awful. Someone also ran over the passcode box right after I started renting. I was never refunded for my lock. Which you are forced to buy as they are left in your unit. I hauled the lock all the way back to the office and it was never refunded.
