Extra Space Storage has nice clean safe storage units. They are well lit. I often see an employee out at the units checking on them. He is so kind always asks if everything is going ok with the units. They have good prices. Definitely recommend them!
Storage facility is fine until you have a problem, such as the garage door opener on our 20’x30’ unit breaking with the door stuck open. There is no manager who lives within 50mi of this facility. I had to wait 4.5hrs for someone to finally come help. When the District Manager, Zach Ackers, called me after waiting for 2hrs, he told me “things break” and was overly nonchalant about my entire Saturday morning being ruined. I like the security, the place is very clean and it's warm for the upcoming season. You even get a very nice lock. Customer service is very helpful and friendly. I'm really impressed!
Excellent experience came in clutch when needed a fast units and and understanding when unit got late and needed few extra days to pay will definitely use again if need them
