The guy Wayne at the New Albany Indiana location goes above & beyond. So friendly & understanding. This is the best storage facility I have ever had. Highly recommend. Very clean as well.
Utilized the indoor storage option and was very pleased with the security and overall upkeep of the facility. I would recommend to others looking for storage solutions.
Wayne helped me our so much .i had my card stolen and cancel and he allowed me to wait and pay my balance till I'll got my card in a couple days.i was so scared i was gonna lose my stuff. He really made my day. Thank you ao much Wayne!!
