I was quoted a different price on the phone originally than they offered me, which didn't feel great because it ended up being higher. They did find space for me on very short notice, so I did end up renting with them after all. The site is clean, feels secure, and seems well maintained. Other than that hiccup at first, I have not had any issues.
I am updating my previous review. Unfortunately, I had to move my stuff out much sooner than I expected because they doubled the unit rental after I had just gotten everything moved in there. I've had a storage unit pretty consistently for years and I'm used to periodic rent increases, but doubling it almost immediately was extremely frustrating.
