This company should have left online auctions alone and not went to cash only and having to go in person to pay. Would think having someone running each location or one person running multiple locations would cost more then the company you bought out way they ran things. It also is bad making people go back and meet certain times get deposits back, that works full times jobs. The old way makes it easier. Very good experience, I was missing my lock when I opened my space up. Made a call to the office and had a lock very quickly.
