The process was very easy to rent a unit on line. We originally purchased a 5x10. It was too small to accommodate our belongings. So the lady easily moved us up on the phone. The facility is well maintained, clean, and secure. Gate access is easily accessible by code or from the app on your phone. It’s a little more expensive than some places, but worth.
Beware of the month to month “great” initial price. Due to “market analysis” my rate has increased twice in the past year and a half. My rate has increased over 50% of my initial price. This isn’t the type of company who only does a rate increase when absolutely necessary- it’s obvious they will do it at any time they think they can, money hungry.
Miranda was super helpful and walked me through everything I would need. She made the entire process super easy!

Everything was great. Staff was very kind, clear and upfront. No difficulties with the storage space. So far so good!
