Everything was great. Staff was very kind, clear and upfront. No difficulties with the storage space. So far so good!
This company should have left online auctions alone and not went to cash only and having to go in person to pay. Would think having someone running each location or one person running multiple locations would cost more then the company you bought out way they ran things. It also is bad making people go back and meet certain times get deposits back, that works full times jobs. The old way makes it easier. Storage to fit all needs and reasonably priced. Prompt customer service and good communications
Very good experience, I was missing my lock when I opened my space up. Made a call to the office and had a lock very quickly.
Found myself in a position where I needed to rent a storage unit for my daughter who's going through a really rough time right now. They gave me excellent customer service and talked me through the whole process, even gave me a discount for being a senior citizen! The prices were fair and the facility was clean! I highly recommend them for all your storage needs!
