I’m a small business owner. Looking for EXTRA SPACE storage! & JULIUS was an excellent Consultant. He showed me three selected spaces! Which were all very CLEAN. He also informed me on a promotion. He was very sweet and polite. We walked the property together and he explained all incentives and aswell had a cold refreshment waiting on me. If I could rate the establishment more stars id would. Great job guys !
I loved my experience earlier. I was greeted by a fellow named Julius who had a great sense of humor. We Talked About the units sizes and storage on site amenities. Followed by Promotion deals . It was definitely an enjoyable experience as I’ve been to three different storage spaces looking to feel somewhat comfortable with my surroundings as I’ll be storing very meaningful things. 10/10 experience. Storage is in a discreet but find-able code gated location. My storage unit personally is on an inside unit and not exposed to the harsh conditions of the weather. It was very clean no bugs and cob webs all over the place. I highly recommend!
First the groundskeeper Wilbert is very nice and helpful. The company itself is the reason for the low rating. The company have bad communication with their customers. They increase my storage unit price without letting me know, and I had the price for only 3 or 4 months. Then when I called and spoke to a representative she stated that the prices changes after having the unit for 3 or 4 months.
