After speaking with Ben about my rates continuously going up. He did help me out by putting in for a rate adjustment or something and said it should go back to what I originally paid when I got it. Otherwise I was going to move my stuff to a new storage. But Ben was absolutely amazing and very kind and helpful.
Moving is stressful but the ease of finding and renting a storage space online was awesome! It was fast and efficient and saved me so much time! Worked out great for me!
Very easy to rent storage unit. I was able to efficiently arrange everything on-line.
This is now called Extra Space but you can find it Googling Storage express. They have been patient with me, as long as you communicate. The main issue is the prices continually go up the longer you have the storage. I had to downsize to be able to afford it. Other than that they’ve been great to me!
