Mark was so amazingly helpful and this site has been great to me over the past year. 1. Mark helped throw away some stuff I accidentally left in my second storage without any complaints. 2. He saw I left something out and grabbed it and held it for me. 3. Cut off my lock and left a temp because I did not have mine with me. Overall this place is amazing and Mark is amazing.
I have had my unit since October of 2020. Initially it was $76/month with insurance. Over the past four years my monthly fee has been raised at least three times. I now pay $122/month. I'm sure it will be raised again soon so I'll update then. That being said, the staff is amazing. Any issues I've had have been taken care of immediately. They are always helpful and allow me to feel comfortable knowing my things are safe.
There was an issue with my unit and due to not being able to get in touch with me they reached out to my mom. I spoke with Amy who was VERY helpful and understanding. I’ve never had a problem with them before and this just makes my experience with them better! Thank you Amy for all your help and working with me!!
Been renting here for 10 plus years. Never had any security issues and place is clean, but.. They we Started with a rate of $59.99 a month (promotional for 1st year) then $89.00, now I'm at $189.00 monthly! And it continues to raise around $10 to $20 per month yearly! Definitely need to find something new.
I currently have 3 units here & I love it the maintenance man is wonderful there hours are only supposed to be open untill 10pm I was giving 2 weeks to move a too store 6 bed room house so unfortunately I ended up being there past 10 a couple times I feel like they understood because they never made a big deal about it keys were lost to one of my units after verification of who I was and my unit being mine maintenance had no problem helping me back into my unit this place is a great place to store ur stuff maintenance is won... read more
