Great customer service from a gentleman named Steve. He was knowledgeable about the lease, insurance, security, and monthly billing. He told me what I would receive in my email and what I would see in my lease and what was my next steps after I received my lease. Very patient with all my questions. Overall a great experience.
Before you send a bill you should check to make sure if we even have an active account. I contacted your office 3-4 days before we closed our account on 9/30/2023. Account was paid in full. In addition, we had been there for 10 years and you raise our rent by 110.00 a month. What is wrong with you?? Hence the reason we moved out.

We used the Plainfield facility and it was always clean and easy to use. I always felt safe leaving my stuff there. Every employee I interacted with was great and made the whole experience easy and fast especially the manager Liz.
I'm very please with the convenience and location of my self storage unit, but I'm particularly grateful to my property manager Sydney for her 110% efforts and offerings of help in getting settled in. Thanks a bunch !
