We’ve been renting a storage unit from Extra Space for almost a year and have had a good experience with them! They are kind and helpful and responsive, and are fair in their pricing. Terri was super helpful today in helping me figure out my move-out and final payment. If you need a storage unit, they’re a great way to go!

Terrible experience. Started out at a reasonable price for 4 months, then went up $100 for 6 months then went up $100 again! I was told it is to keep up with demand but that is BS, they are just greedy. I was able to move to a different location with a much better company for cheaper and it is an even bigger unit! They do not up the price unless absolutely necessary for their own costs. Tenants have been paying the same price for years. They treat their customers like family unlike Extra Space Storage. Clean, safe, monitored by cameras. Teri and the other woman in the office are amazing and do their very best to accommodate you and give excellent customer service. My downside is the companies financial policy. It was such a a great deal moving in it fit my budget (I'm 72 on a fixed income) but a few months later...bang you're hit with a $60 increase in rent. 😳 Then when I left, I was there for only 1 week into the month, they couldn't prorate my rent.
