The customer service was great. All my questions were answered and everything was explained to me about my lease. Definitely satisfied!
Everything was very simple to do from creating an account, signing for the unit. Basic instructions followed the purchase agreement on how to obtain the unit location, # and access into the facility.
Very professional, extremely friendly, and courteous and made sure i understand the contract i was very pleased
