I like know my units are safe with security cameras and pass code gates. There customer service department are always friendly and polite. They go above and beyond. I've been with them for 3 yrs now and not had any issue that couldn't be resolved.
DO NOT RECOMMEND UPDATE- received another notice by mail Dec 2024 that the rates are going up to $196/month - that’s a $131/mo increase in less than a year, ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! I set up my storage rental here in March, I have been very pleased great rates, convenient location, secure, etc. I just received a notice by mail today that effective 7/1 my unit rent will be increased from $65/mo to $124 😳😳😳 a $59/mo increase, that’s INSANE!! Not pleased at all.
Great customer service. They were able to get me two units close together.
Don was great. Even though we didn’t find the spit he had several ideas to find it and repair it when we did.
DONT USE!!! What a joke!!! I’ve been a customer here for a year. My storage started at $56, and now I’m being told it will be raised a 2nd time to $100!!!!! My unit has had water leaking in causing water damage and mold to many of my belongings, that have had to be thrown out!!! And bugs.
