This is my first time renting here. I stopped by before I rented. Mostly to see if the size was what we needed, as we were moving things from a 4 bdrm 3 bath house. There is no office there, but Don was there! He answered all my questions, showed me how to rent on the website and that there was an office about 20 minutes away if I needed anything else. I am very pleased with this facility. I especially appreciate the 24/7 security they provide. Their rates are very competitive compared to other local facilities.
5 star service. I had a lil issue getting in the gate and Don the manager helped out and let me know they are ther daily to help out. Todd

Wonderful people to work with. Always there to help with any questions I might have. Great communication! Best storage facility I've ever used. 24 hour access and very competitive rates as well as great security! I would highly recommend Storage Express if you're looking for a storage unit.
