Scam of a company! When I signed up for a unit I was not told I would have a price increase after 3 months. When I tried making a call to dispute the increase the automated line would continue to tell me my number was recognized on file and would be connected to someone and it would continue to just restart and say the same message. I decided to call on my work phone and was connected immediately.
