Scam of a company! When I signed up for a unit I was not told I would have a price increase after 3 months. When I tried making a call to dispute the increase the automated line would continue to tell me my number was recognized on file and would be connected to someone and it would continue to just restart and say the same message. I decided to call on my work phone and was connected immediately. No issue when I had my unit from February 2020 to July 2021.
I have rented here every year. 4 months out of the year. They lost all my account info, had to redo it all. Then they charged me the registration fee every single year. So, this will be our last year! Gooood luck to all!

Very clean and safe storage unit. At a great price. i was able to purchase and pay for everything online and was move in ready minutes after purchase. The unit came with a brand new lock . So far I am very satisfied with this rental.
