I have a unit in IL. I started renting in Oct 2023, $90, likely an entry rate. By Jan 2024 up 29% to $116, by Oct 2024 up 17% to $136, now Jul 2025 going up 35% to $182. As of right now this place is a rip off. These are crazy increases, and my unit has a water leak.
