I've had two experiences now with storage express. The 1st was when i was in between a rental and buying our new home. The gate wouldn't work. I believe it was a weekend. Called the number listed and i was given a combination to a lock at secondary lock and got right in. No waiting. No bs. Facilities are great. Secure. Monitored. (FORGOT TO LOCK MY UNIT ONE TIME AND THEY NOTIFIED ME!) No water. No bugs. No problems. The last time I called this company was a completely different experience. They did a good and amazing jobs and friendly.
Love the fact that the premises is gated but it would be nice if people could get in after 10 pm. I work 2nd shift. Most days i do not have time to go to my unit before work if I need something. After I'm off work I can't get in. A little lighting in the units would be most helpful as well.
