I rented a unit two days ago and when I went to move my stuff in there is a huge sheet of ice in front of my unit. The rest of the units have been cleared. Two movers fell and I came close this morning. When I called to complain the field services coordinator told me I needed to be smarter when it comes to dealing with ice. She said “I should be able to clearly see that there is ice and I shouldn’t be careful when I walk on it”. Glad you care about your customers safety. I probably will not rent another month.
The space and facility itself are great, HOWEVER not having access to my own belongings during times when I need them (that work with my own work schedule) makes it extremely difficult. You can make a payment and rent a locker 24/7 but you cannot access your belongings 24/7. As soon as I find a climate controlled unit with 24hr access I’ll be making the switch because it’s such a pain.
