Clean facilities, always provided help when needed, never had a problem getting ahold of someone when I had a question, great access to the facilities.
I am not a fan of the rate increases... from $41 to $61 is quite the jump at any point. You were kind enough to lower it to $54 after my phone call but I just could not be ok with what you did and at already higher rates. I was why I chose to leave.
