They put an over lock on my door for being a week late with my payment. I accept that, but it is now been three days since I’ve brought my payment current and they have still refused to remove the over lock. Do not rent from these people if you want to know you are going to have access to your property.
While looking for the perfect house and obtaining more furniture, we needed to get out of the garage and into a unit. Extra Space Storage in Troy had easy access, great security and unmatched customer service. Prices were competitive but the added security made the decision a no brainer.
Facility is kept in decent condition, but they don’t have anyone on site so if you need help with anything, it takes multiple days for them to take any action.
Very clean facility easily accessible location and very friendly staff i work in storage facilities and this one is nicer then most
Very nice units! Locks are also provided. Amazing customer service! Look no further for the perfect unit. They have it here!
