They put an over lock on my door for being a week late with my payment. I accept that, but it is now been three days since I’ve brought my payment current and they have still refused to remove the over lock. Do not rent from these people if you want to know you are going to have access to your property.
The manager on 3/8 (so sorry I didn't get his name)... Was incredibly helpful! Not only was he kind and knowledgeable, he went above and beyond to fix our unusually complicated situation. So refreshing to get REAL customer service these days. If I could give stars, I would! Thank you again!
While looking for the perfect house and obtaining more furniture, we needed to get out of the garage and into a unit. Extra Space Storage in Troy had easy access, great security and unmatched customer service. Prices were competitive but the added security made the decision a no brainer.
We were trying to get in the storage room but there were complications and the man was so sweet, accomidating, and helpful bless this man and I definitely recommend going to extra space storage!
He was so helpful, had good energy, and was just SO nice! He helped us even though his shift ended.
