Everything from start to finish was very easy. There was enough explanation and details to assist me with everything. It was a bonus to find a brand new lock in the storage. That was not expected as I already had my own lock. Great experience. This location was recommended to me and I agree with them. It has been a great experience for us.
The lady I rented the unit from was nice but the unit is missing 10sqft of space. There was about 3"s of ice in front of my unit and the next approximately 7 units beside mine. Twisted my knee while loading my unit. Called and spoke to manager and he like he could care less and said they would try to get someone out the 3 days or so to remove the ice. Trying to find another company that has space close by.
Yes they are a tad bit more expensive then other places per sq. foot, but its def worth it. These places are fenced in with keyed gate, excellent drainage on the asphalt, enough room for big trailers to make turns, flat clean concrete, excellent roll doors, safe, secure, excellent customer service,....hands down hard to beat. I ended up renting 2 units and couldnt be happier. Thanks !
