This place was great. Needed a place to store a car for a few months and this place worked out really great. The customer service agent who helped me book the unit was awesome! I had to do all the arranging from the other side of the country and they made it really easy for me. We will definitely use Extra Space Storage again! Oh... They were also affordable and had a great special going that made it even better!

good customer service/friendly Honored price quoted on phone from other location. the units in the area where I'm assigned have a bad odor though. I don't really like that. hopefully my things don't smell bad from being in there.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The facility manager forcibly opened the lock on our unit without any notice and threw our belongings in the trash. This is completely unprofessional and irresponsible. She kept mixing up our unit number, which led to our unit being cleared out early, resulting in the loss of our items. Avoid this place at all costs! Also we found mice in the facility. So be careful with your stuff.
