I can’t say anything bad about the team at extra space storage in Lexington. Linda and Josh have been awesome since day one when I needed two storage units. They were so helpful. They explain the whole process to me and if you know, moving is not fun. It can be so stressful at times, but they helped me out so much with deciding on what size storage unit I had even when I had a problem on the website they walked me through it.I can’t thank them enough for making it so easy to rent storage unit. so if you need a storage unit, ... read more

Linda at Extra Space Storage went above and beyond checking security cameras and footage thinking I had lost my wallet while unloading my truck. She checked it all and messaged me telling me she saw nothing dropped or anything. But did see me stick something in door of my truck which I had checked 3 times. But went and checked again where she said and she saved the day as my wallet was there. Thank goodness for her and the awesome help and security there. So glad to have picked there for our storage needs.

I really like the security. It was a little crowded today, but everyone was helpful. Usually I am the only person here. Still very impressed with the facilities.
