Shawna is fabulous! I needed an outdoor space and was undecided about two different locations. She spoke to me many times over a few weeks and was able to help me get a space secured. She has been wonderful to work with.

I was having an issue with getting my payment to go through. So I had to call back multiple times. Peter was very polite and didn’t get frustrated with me. I was having to call back multiple times. Also by him being so nice it helped me from getting overwhelmed. I always teach my kids to treat people like you would like to be treated. I really appreciate how Peter treated me. Thank you. Mary

They always say your 1st impression is always a lasting impression. The manager (Shonna) was super friendly, she left me feeling if there is any issues they can be resolved very easily. I am so glad I picked this storage. Unit is very clean. It appears they are updating the units.
