They went above and beyond to help me with getting me the right size Storage room, some boxes I needed and was even able to rent a truck from them, all in the same location. I guess this new company that took over for Clear Home Storage. My company has 2 parking area here and we pay on a monthly basis. I received paperwork in the mail this new company was taking over. I paid my bill on time for the first parking. The second was not available for me to make the payment. I communicated the issues to the new manager over Extra Space and emailed them. Love everything about this place so far. Heather and the person working the office on Sunday were both wonderful. They answered all our questions and showed us around. The also have Dollie’s and carts available to use when you are moving. The location and building are great!
I was so impressed with the level of customer service provided by the staff at ClearHome. Both Heather and Nicole were courteous, professional, and extremely helpful! You can tell they take pride in their work and like what they are doing. I highly recommend this location and look forward to working with them next year to store my vehicle outside.
Was pleasantly surprised talking to Heather when I called to get information on renting a unit asap. She was so nice, helpful & patient. Went in to pay for the storage the next day and she was very easy to talk to- made us laugh a few times! She showed us our storage unit, helped us with our lock and we were very impressed how nice, clean and new everything was! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this hidden gem! If you can~ ask for Heather☆☆☆☆☆
