New customer. The facility and unit are clean. The young woman at the desk (sorry didn't see how her name is spelled) has excellent customer service skills. The rate of pay is far better than other storage facilities.
While we haven't actually used the storage units yet, the booking process was great. I called and talked to someone to help with booking two units and she was the most helpful and friendly, working with me to find a great deal that worked with our future storage dates. *Update to review- we moved our things into our storage units and they were extremely clean, and easily accessible. We moved on a Sunday when the office was closed, but it was simple to get into the units and find our unit number and locks.
The manager Tymika was very courteous and knowledgeable. She made my storage experience smooth, easy and fun
Excellent experience moving into my unit. The units are clean. Tymika, the manager was exceptionally helpful with the contract and changes I had to make to my unit. I highly recommend this site for your storage needs.
