This place is a ripoff. The company that used to own the place was fantastic, but Extra Space Storage seems to care more about squeezing every dime possible out of their tenants than they do about having long-term tenants who take good care of the facility. I wouldn't recommend any of their locations as they are willing to nearly double their rates on your space after you're all moved in.
Auggie was super helpful in finding me a unit that would accommodate everything I need to store. He was super helpful in getting exact measurements and walking me through the process. I am very grateful to find a unit so convenient to use.
They increased rent by an additional 75% from 110 to 190 per month without notifying me. Their website does not list this as the current rate. It’s not worth doing business with a company that uses these dishonest practices. I’m in the market for a new storage unit.
Price of a 10x10 unit increased 65% starting Nov 1 so I moved my business and storage elsewhere. They said it was market rate increase but I was able to find another local unit for much less. It’s too bad Extra Space bought Canyon View. I miss the customer service and pricing of Canyon View.
I use to love this place until they raised my rent by $84.00. From $100 to $184. I'm getting out. Not worth it to me at all. I can save $150 a month for a while and buy brand new furniture. I'll come get it and give it away. .
