She is both courteous and efficient!! She makes customers feel seen and heard and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting you what you need. RecommendedExtra Space Storage united are extremely clean. It looks like the facility just opened. The storage unites all look new. Sharon, the on site manager, is kind & helpful. I moved from a filthy, broken down, storage facility(ORANGE) on East Ave across from Wegmans with rusted, broken handles to the garage door style unites to Extra Space Storage, I couldn't believe how well kept this place was & how much $$$ I wasted renting from the other facility.
