Too pricey The employees were very friendly and nice. The price of the unit was very expensive.
Moving In Was Great The manager, John, helped us contract for the unit without a hitch. The only concern I had was a required extra $10 per month for insurance. Since it is required, it should be included in the 'offer price". The climate controlled building was easy to access, well lit, and clean. Our unit was clean as well. We found getting into the facility after hours to be a breeze using our security codes.
Very good facility, everything was clean loved that they had an elevator for the second floor and carts to use to help.

Quick and easy and I love where my belongings are its very secure
everything went well. This was the best customer service I have ever had. I recommend the sparefoot.com on searching for storage unit. I must say that a great experience at uncle bobs storage on brighton henrietta townline rd. Gene the manager and mike that took care of us were awesome. Thanks to them we were in and out and was a great time.
