RecommendedI have never used Extra space storage this is my first time and guys let me tell you that I am totally impressed. The staff is amazing, Will at the Palafox location In Pensacola, FL went above and beyond to assist me with help I needed and then some. He was thorough with explaining everything and was super funny and kind. All staff has been wonderful I mention Will because he is whom I delt with the most and he was attentive as one could possibly be and remained professional the entire time. Unbeknownst to us, this facility experienced flooding in 2014. We stored essentially our entire home here as we are awaiting the construction of our new home. Hurricane Sally hit the Gulf Coast a few weeks ago. Even though there’s a history of flooding at this facility (yes, engineering/draining improvements were made since 2014) the employees/management did NOT take ANY precautions prior to the storm’s arrival.
