Extra Space Storage in Lombard is very clean. We had a unit there for about 2 years. Theresa at the front desk is Amazing!! Her patience, knowledge and friendliness was greatly appreciated. The day we cleaned out our unit, I hugged her and thanked her for everything, and told her I feel like I'm saying goodbye to a friend. Thanks again!!

They charged us twice for our monthly storage rent 2 weeks ago, we have still not received the refund even though they said they sent it. The bank doesn't see the pending deposit even though it's been almost 10 business days. Waiting for the dispute with our bank. Customer service for the storage unit has been very unhelpful. Do not do autopay with these people unless you want a chunk of money gone from your account for weeks.
