The people at this location make you go thru hoops and some people behind the counter are not professional and will talk to you like if they have the ultimate say so. Was trying to vacate today but the my unit had a red lock so i couldn't do what i planned. So i left and called corporate, later i get a call from the location employee telling me i have to be out or else. That i had no choice even tho i couldn't get out when i planned because of the locations miscommunication and or bad servuce. Now im suppose to jump and hurr... read more
