Quick, efficient, easy staff to work with, and competitive pricing i needed a quick storage and good pricing. i found it all with this storage facility. both sparefoot and life storage staff made my searching and check in quick and easy.
I was very impressed The employee was very helpful and nice
customer service was excellent. However, I did have a problem with my unit not being cleaned prior to my move-in. I had to sweep it myself and there were broken glass inside of the unit. Also, there were dirt around the corners and edges that are hard to reach. Would like to recommend a good steam cleaning prior to renting.
everything was great until I went to return a mattress cover which was the wrong size they insisted I had a receipt and all I wanted to do was exchange and then she wanted to sell me another one at a discount really this upset me for $5 you're going to lose a customer
