My storage unit has been broken into twice here. The company has not placed cameras facing the side units on both left and right sides of the building. Many have been broken into. They raise the rates, make you get insurance for the unit and yet do nothing to prevent burglary. Roger was helpful in informing me to file a police report but the company itself is not supportive of these burglaries.

Best storage find ever! For nearly 2 decades, I had been dealing with a very frustrating storage service, and I am so happy to have found this new place. Customer service has been impeccable, access is super easy, and there is absolutely no beating the price for the security, climate control, and incredible amount of space inside the unit. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff. Michelle answered all of my questions and was able to help me rent a unit that fit my needs for the amount of stuff I needed to store from my move. It was a very rushed move, so the kindness and help was really nice after having called other places that were quick to "no" and not listen.
