Roger, lovely and helpful- full of life and joy. The storage facility is clean, bright, quiet, not crowded, very very new and well kept. Lovely!! Great pricing and reliable folks!
My storage unit has been broken into twice here. The company has not placed cameras facing the side units on both left and right sides of the building. Many have been broken into. They raise the rates, make you get insurance for the unit and yet do nothing to prevent burglary. Roger was helpful in informing me to file a police report but the company itself is not supportive of these burglaries.
Extra Space Calabasas is my go to for my client’s unique storage needs!! Roger is great and the facility is awesome with super early to late access hours that accommodate my super busy schedule.
