A great experience. Great location and very clean. I live nextdoor to another storage facility, but I drive the extra four miles to save $26 for the same size unit.

Excellence The customer service at this storage unit facility is the best that I've received in its class. I would dub Uncle Bob's the "Chick-fil-A" of self-storage, and I'm sure that anyone one from the South would understand what that means. They provided a swift, clean, and virtually hiccup free service, all while making me feel that my business was greatly appreciated. Will I be referring Uncle Bob's to a friend? You bet!

Convenient and clean to make it a minimum if 30 characters
Need more than one person working on a Saturday Saturday morning was very busy with the one person running around receiving U-hauls, renting out U-hauls, helping customers with hooking up trailers, taking reservations for U-hauls, renting storage units, had to wait for awhile for storage unit to be unlocked before I could move in.
Customer Service was great and the storage area was clean. The customer service was great! When we looked at the 10 X 10 storage area we rented realized it was too small for our needs. The folks at Uncle Bob's switched us to a 10 X 15 storage area quickly and easily. They are good people!
Great facility Easy and fast. Made my selling a house easier. Great facility. Very friendly.
