The man in the office was very friendly and extremely helpful (sorry I can't remember his name). The paperwork took a little longer than expected, but I think that was because the power was out in the office. This seems to be a very decent facility although prices have risen tremendously in the past 8 years. This is almost double what I paid at a comparable facility in Birmingham. I do appreciate the office help, though, and it does seem pretty secure. All in all I'm happy with Bob's.
Excellent Service I'm moving to Madison,Al from Newnan, Ga(south of Atlanta and I needed to find a climate control unit near where my sister lives. I asked her if she knew of a place she would recommend so that my items would be safe and she told me about Uncle Bob's since she has a unit there. Excellent Service! I did a fair amount of research online before visiting the storage facility. I found the rental rates to be comparable, if not less than the competing facilities in the area. The store and the unit were very clean and the manager (Eric) was incredibly courteous and professional. I rented a storage unit and a Uhaul and the whole process was efficient and painless. I will only need the unit for a few months, but if I ever have the need for another unit I will go back to this store.
