I have been renting a storage unit from Extra Space storage for a few years now and I have had an excellent experience. The staff has been extremely friendly and helpful with any questions I have regarding my account. I have found that Ken and Cat have been very reliable and provide outstanding customer service. If you are looking for a reliable and secure place to store your belongings, this is the right place. The prices are affordable and the staff have always been helpful and friendly.

Whatever you do - DO NOT - rent a unit here, without reading the fine print in your lease. They advertise discounted prices online, and make it seem like you're getting this great deal. After you sign up, and move all your stuff in, they will change your rate, to whatever they want to charge. At which point, they let you know that apparently your rate was a "introductory rate", which is subject to change every month. So basically, they can literally charge you whatever they want.
