GREAT PLACE! Wouldn't have picked in other storage unit place in tampa! Sally (the store manager was great!) Service was quick and easy!
clean, new. back parking lot is a little exposed as there is no gated entry for cars.. so even though it supposedly a safe area.. just be aware of your surroundings. Other than that would recommend. Would also suggest you to book online for better deals

Rented a unit for daughter's things while she was home from college for the summer. The facilities are very nice and new. When reserving, I dealt with Robert over the phone who was professional, answered all my questions and provided insight on things I wasnt aware of. When I came in on May 6th, I dealt with Stacy. Stacy was professional and made the process of renting quick, answering all my questions.

RAISED MY RATES DURING COVID. Never again will I ever use Extra Space Storage. I am giving them 2 stars because their district manager helped me out in pricing if it was g for him I would give them. 1. Nothing but issues with this location-elevator issues pricing issues and that's just then beginning. I have been using storage units over 20 years and never had any issues like I did with this company.
