I have rented from this facility for almost 2 years. In that time, it has changed hands 3 times and gone up in cost with each exchange (although the space I rent has remarkably stayed the same size). I showed up this morning during normal, posted business hours to a locked door and a note that contradicts itself. 10/10 would recommend ANY other storage facility.
We've had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. Whenever we've had questions or concerns they have dealt with it immediately. The storage areas are neat and clean. They also offer climate controlled units so you'll have piece of mind knowing your belongings are protected from the hot desert heat. The entire property is protected with a tall perimeter fence. Each building is also secured along as are the individual units.
Once I found my unit i was impressed with the unit and the strong lock included. I believe an employee of the storage company directed me to my basement unit. Wish a few maps showing unit #s and layout was provided. In NYC storage units it's clearly marked. Overall nice place
The representative that signed us up was amazing: informative, professional, and knowledgeable about his product and services. One of the BEST phone customer service reps ever! It was very easy to arrange a short term rental, and everything was as described.
